Full time Custodial Services Customer Service Guest Relations

Housekeeping Attendant role at Cambria Hotel Columbia Downtown, Pyramid Hotel Group, located in Columbia, South Carolina.

Engage with guests to ensure a positive experience during their stay.
Collaborate with team to maintain high standards of hotel cleanliness.
Keep service carts organized and stocked with supplies.
Use equipment, supplies, and guest amenities properly.
Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of assigned guest areas.
Daily changing and inspection of linens and towels, following Green Program standards.
Adhere to safety standards and report hazards such as broken glass, frayed cords, leaks, broken locks, and suspicious persons.
Respect guest property at all times.
Care for equipment responsibly.
Report to work on time according to posted schedule, maintain accurate time records, and follow standards for room issuance.
Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co-workers at all times.
Perform other related duties as requested by the Floor Supervisor.

Housekeeping experience preferred.
Neat, pleasant personality.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.
Ability to move, reach, and maneuver to clean corners and high areas; observe conditions and odors; navigate carts up to 100 lbs in tight spaces; operate cleaning equipment such as spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dust pans, scrub pads, and dusters.
Lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs.
