PBC Hotel Construction Group seeks a Residential Luxury Home Project Manager to lead exclusive, high end residential projects from concept through completion. This onsite role in Coral Springs, Florida, collaborates closely with architects, engineers, and trade partners to safeguard quality and schedule while delivering homes that meet rigorous standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee every phase of luxury residential builds, from pre construction planning to the final walkthrough.
- Coordinate with design and construction partners to maintain quality and keep projects on schedule.
- Direct procurement of materials and equipment aligned with design and construction documents.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure on time delivery within budget.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, safety rules, and permitting requirements.
- Provide clients with regular progress updates and transparent communication throughout the project.
- Conduct routine site visits to supervise construction activities and uphold high quality standards.
- Lead and support construction teams, motivating staff to achieve project goals.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigations to prevent delays or cost overruns.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing luxury residential construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of residential building systems, methods, and sequencing.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for managing clients, teams, and external partners.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications or licenses (eg, PMP, OSHA) are a plus.
