Overnight hotel operations rely on accurate audits, responsive guest support, and consistent safety checks during night hours.

Conduct nightly audits of financial activity and confirm accuracy across property management systems (PMS) and reservation records
Use OPERA or similar platforms to verify and update booking and guest information as needed
Support front desk operations throughout the night, including check-in and check-out assistance
Answer phones with proper etiquette, handle reservation inquiries, and maintain up-to-date guest records
Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly while communicating clearly to improve the stay experience
Monitor hotel security using CCTV surveillance and complete routine property inspections following safety protocols
Prepare and maintain shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation for operational transparency
Collaborate with hotel management and team members to handle guest relations concerns quickly and professionally

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
Working knowledge of property management systems (PMS), including OPERA (or similar systems)
Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette and client communication abilities
Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable for supporting a diverse guest base
Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, security protocols, and night audit processes
Ability to solve problems calmly and efficiently during customer service challenges
Preferred: experience in resort environments or properties with extensive guest relations responsibilities
Capable of working independently during night shifts while maintaining high hospitality standards
