Key responsibilities

Welcome guests with a warm, genuine smile
Handle check-in and check-out procedures
Manage online and phone reservations
Register guests and verify payment information
Answer questions about rooms, rates, amenities, and the local area
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are guest-ready
Confirm group reservations and assist with weddings, events, and VIP arrivals
Recommend and upsell hotel amenities and services when appropriate
Maintain accurate reservation, booking, and payment records
