Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, genuine smile
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures
• Manage online and phone reservations
• Register guests and verify payment information
• Answer questions about rooms, rates, amenities, and the local area
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are guest-ready
• Confirm group reservations and assist with weddings, events, and VIP arrivals
• Recommend and upsell hotel amenities and services when appropriate
• Maintain accurate reservation, booking, and payment records
