Job Description

Pyramid Hotel Group is hiring a Sports Reservationist to manage incoming sports-related reservation calls and support booking operations onsite in Wesley Chapel, FL.

Key Responsibilities

Take sports reservations and accurately input details into the computer system
Answer questions on room rates, outlets, and room locations
Handle reservation actions including reservations and cancellations
Provide information on adult and junior tennis packages and sports camps
Respond to inquiries about hotel facilities, services, and special promotions
Coordinate bookings by interacting with the Group Rooms Coordinator
Activate the “manual system” in the event of system downtime
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the phone system
Oversee and manage guest special requests in a professional manner
Post advance deposits and keep accurate deposit records
Complete assigned projects by required times, including documents completed as directed and to specifications
Participate in cross-training and assist as needed in PBX and Front Desk
Assist with mailings as needed

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent
Pleasant speaking voice
Bilingual preferred
Previous experience in reservations and PBX
Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to type accurately at 30 words per minute

Job Description

Full-time room attendant position at Saddlebrook Resort in Wesley Chapel, Florida, onsite.

Responsibilities

Interact with guests to help ensure a smooth and comfortable stay
Collaborate with teammates to uphold resort cleanliness standards
Maintain an organized, well stocked housekeeping cart
Use equipment, supplies, and guest amenities properly
Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of assigned guest rooms and areas
Daily linen and towel changes and inspections in line with Green Program standards
Follow safety procedures, identify hazards such as broken glass, frayed cords, leaks, broken locks, and suspicious individuals, and report them as found
Handle guest property with care and respect
Care for equipment used during assignments
Arrive on time according to schedule, maintain accurate time records, and adhere to room issuance standards
Maintain an alert, courteous, and helpful demeanor toward guests and colleagues at all times
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Floor Supervisor

Requirements

Housekeeping experience preferred
Neat, friendly personality
Good time management
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong communication skills
Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions
Capability to move around and reach corners and high areas, observe conditions, detect odors, maneuver carts up to 100 lbs in tight spaces, and operate cleaning tools including spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dust pans, scrub pads, and dusters
Lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs
