Compensation for this role is USD 11 - 11 per hour, and the position requires at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Role Overview

As a Crafty Bartender, you will work in a craft-forward bar environment serving cocktails, beer, and wine. The role includes maintaining inventory, assisting with menu updates featuring accurate and thoughtful descriptions, and helping train others to deliver consistent results.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory to support smooth bar operations
• Assist in updating the beer/cocktail/wine menu with accurate, intelligent descriptions
• Train others and support ongoing menu building
• Maintain high quality standards of service and cleanliness

Requirements

• Well-versed in craft cocktails
• Previous experience working in a moderate to high volume craft cocktails, beer, and wine environment
• Understanding and ability to create and execute craft cocktails is necessary
• Ability to assist in training others to do so
