Onsite in Key West, this role focuses on creating a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment. You will help maintain guest rooms, villas, and designated public areas, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring every space reflects our commitment to quality and hospitality.

- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, villas, and assigned public areas.

Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods during the shift.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team‑oriented mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
