Overnight Laundry Attendant

Parrot Key Hotel & Villas in Key West, FL (onsite) is hiring an Overnight Laundry Attendant to support the Housekeeping team and help keep the property running smoothly after hours. If you take pride in cleanliness and can work with purpose during overnight shifts, you will play an important role in delivering fresh linens and towels, while also supporting overnight property monitoring and guest needs.

What you’ll be doing

• Support an exceptional guest experience by ensuring the hotel has clean, fresh linens, towels, and other laundry items available as needed.
• Wash, dry, fold, organize, and distribute hotel linens accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-run laundry facility.
• During overnight hours, assist with monitoring the property by reporting safety concerns.
• Complete routine walkthroughs of designated areas.
• Respond appropriately to guest needs and emergencies.
• Help keep guestrooms, public areas, and the overall property clean, secure, and ready to exceed guest expectations.

What we’re looking for

• Previous laundry, housekeeping, hotel, or security experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate or learn commercial laundry equipment.
• Ability to recognize safety and security concerns and report them appropriately.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
