Overnight Houseperson
Job Description
Support the housekeeping department overnight by keeping guest spaces well-stocked, clean, and welcoming while responding to guest needs in a prompt, friendly way.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clean linens, towels, and other supplies to guest rooms as needed
- Restock housekeeping carts and help maintain accurate supply inventory
- Clean and maintain public areas including corridors, elevators, and lobbies
- Empty trash and keep assigned areas clean and orderly
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner
- Assist the housekeeping team with special projects and deep cleaning tasks
- Follow safety and sanitation standards to help create a safe, healthy environment
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to support efficient operations
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or related experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
