We are seeking a meticulous Room Attendant to join our onsite Housekeeping team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, villas, and public areas to uphold our high standards of hospitality.

Overview

Onsite in Key West, this role focuses on creating a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment. You will help maintain guest rooms, villas, and designated public areas, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring every space reflects our commitment to quality and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, villas, and assigned public areas.
• Make beds to the expected standard.
• Replenish amenities to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Uphold our high standards of quality and hospitality in every space.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods during the shift.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team‑oriented mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
