Room Attendant

Parrot Key Hotel & Villas in Key West, FL is seeking a Room Attendant to keep guest rooms clean, orderly, and ready for every arrival. This onsite position supports an exceptional guest experience by maintaining strong room standards, staying current with health and safety protocols, and keeping day-to-day upkeep running smoothly.

What you’ll do

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards, with careful attention to detail.
• Make beds, change linens, and ensure rooms are presented in an inviting, well-kept condition.
• Replenish amenities, towels, and other supplies as needed throughout assigned room turns.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a neat appearance.
• Vacuum and clean carpets and floors.
• Report maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department so follow-up can be completed.
• Follow established health and safety protocols during room cleaning and restocking.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor when interacting with guests.

What you bring

• Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work independently while also supporting a team environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
