Housekeeper

The Housekeeper role at Hotel Vista Sierra in Auburn, CA (onsite) is a part-time position focused on maintaining the hotel’s cleanliness and overall guest environment. The team member supports a positive guest experience through consistent housekeeping work, guest request support, and cart stocking, all while meeting established quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel.
• Deliver guest requests as needed.
• Stock carts to ensure supplies are available for service.
• Clean guest rooms and public spaces.
• Perform other similar responsibilities as assigned.

How the Role Supports the Guest Experience

This position involves more than routine room cleaning. The goal is to create a hotel environment that feels clean, well cared for, and contributes to a great guest experience. Guest Environment Experts carry out housekeeping functions across the property, move through their assigned areas, and take care of the spaces in ways that help the hotel operate effectively for guests and the business.

Work may include delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and completing other reasonable duties requested by the hotel.
