What you’ll be doing

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies for a fresh guest-ready environment.
• Keep public areas in top condition, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces, by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Support professional presentation through floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning.
• Handle janitorial duties efficiently by organizing cleaning supplies and equipment to keep workflow smooth.
• Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures to help maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to support quick resolution and maintain quality standards.
• Assist with inventory management for cleaning supplies and linens to help ensure adequate stock levels.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques, including industrial cleaning methods for various surfaces and carpets.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and cleanliness standards that support guest service excellence.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to hygiene and presentation.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Physical stamina for repetitive cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, standing, and walking during shifts.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage.
