Part Time Landing Stocker/Laundry Attendant

Pyramid Hotel Group is seeking a part-time Cart/Landing Stocker/Laundry Attendant to support housekeeping operations at the Hilton University of FL Conference Center in Gainesville, FL. This onsite role focuses on maintaining well-stocked housekeeping areas, supporting clean linen readiness, and helping ensure consistent standards across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Fully stock all housekeeping carts and shelves on each guest room floor.
• Maintain the cleanliness and ensure restocking of the hotel linen supply.
• Use strong communication to support smooth workflow between the Laundry and Rooms departments.
• Ensure cleanliness standards in assigned areas are achieved and maintained consistently within established time limitations to support guest satisfaction in cleanliness and service.
• Stock linen closets with all guest room supplies and collateral.
• Maintain proper allotment of linens in linen closets.
• Support cleanliness in assigned areas, including sweeping and mopping linen closet spaces.
• Clean emergency stairways, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning light fixtures.
• Provide responsible care for equipment and machines used in the role.
• Complete other related duties as requested by supervisors.
• Make improvement recommendations to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience is desirable.
• Neat, pleasant personality.
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period of time.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.
