Overnight Laundry Attendant

Join The Broadway Hotel in Columbia, MO as an Overnight Laundry Attendant supporting the cleanliness and readiness of guest rooms. This onsite role runs during overnight hours, helping ensure hotel linen and other laundry items are processed and distributed on time for daily operations.

What you’ll do

In this position, you will process hotel laundry throughout the overnight shift, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, stacking, organizing, and distributing items. Your work supports guest room readiness and helps maintain overall hotel cleanliness standards.

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, stack, and organize linen, terry, and other hotel laundry items according to hotel standards
• Operate washers, dryers, folding, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect linens and other items for stains, damage, wear, or improper processing, separating items as needed
• Maintain a continuous workflow overnight to support timely processing
• Prepare clean linen for distribution to housekeeping and other departments as needed
• Monitor laundry chemical levels, machine performance, and supply needs, and report concerns to the appropriate supervisor
• Keep the laundry room, work areas, equipment, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow hotel procedures for handling soiled linen, stained items, damaged linen, and discarded items
• Assist with linen counts, supply organization, and inventory-related tasks as assigned
• Follow hotel/company safety procedures, including proper lifting, chemical handling, and equipment-use practices
• Report maintenance issues, broken equipment, shortages, or unsafe conditions promptly
• Perform any other duties required to support guest satisfaction and effective hotel operations

Schedule and pay

• Location: Onsite in Columbia, MO
• Pay: From $16.00 per hour
• Schedule: 2 overnight shifts per week, 11pm to 7am
• Full time: Full time hours available with open availability
