Job Description

Based in Pompano Beach, FL, PBC Hotel Construction Group seeks a Residential Luxury Home Project Manager to guide exclusive custom homes from initial concept through final handover. This onsite role calls for a seasoned leader with a proven background in luxury residential construction, keen organizational skills, and a client-focused mindset to ensure top-tier craftsmanship. The position offers a salary of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, with a preferred bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee every phase of luxury residential projects, from pre-construction through final walk-through.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to uphold quality and keep schedules on track.
  • Direct procurement of materials and equipment aligned with design and construction documents.
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion within budget.
  • Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and permitting requirements.
  • Maintain ongoing, transparent communication with clients with regular progress updates.
  • Perform regular site visits to oversee construction activities and sustain high-quality standards.
  • Direct and support construction crews, motivating staff to meet project objectives.
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigations to prevent delays or cost overruns.

Requirements

  • Proven track record managing luxury residential projects from inception to completion.
  • Solid understanding of residential building systems, construction methods, and sequencing.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for coordinating with clients, teams, and partners.
  • Proficiency with project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses such as PMP or OSHA are advantageous.
