Room Attendant

At Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee, WI, the Room Attendant role supports a smooth guest experience through efficient, high-quality room cleaning and preparation. This full-time, hourly position focuses on servicing both stay-over and check-out rooms while maintaining careful attention to detail throughout every assignment.

You will help ensure guests receive prompt, superior service as you reset rooms, restock amenities, and keep supplies organized for the following day. The work also includes participating in team projects and completing additional assigned duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, superior service to guests.
• Service stay-over rooms by changing linens and replenishing amenities.
• Thoroughly clean check-out rooms with strong attention to detail.
• Complete room tasks including bed-making, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, dusting, trash removal, and amenity restocking.
• Restock the supply cart for the next day.
• Assist with team projects and perform additional assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and ability to work under pressure.
• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred, such as guest room attendant, cleaner, or housekeeping/care cleaning in hotels, hospitals, casinos, or residential settings.
• Physical stamina for repetitive manual labor tasks.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Professional, well-groomed, and courteous representation of the company.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, grasp, stretch, and use a vacuum and push a cart on a regular and extended basis.

Compensation and Schedule

• Job Type: Full Time, Hourly
• Hourly Pay: USD 18.06 per hour
