Room Attendant

Albert Hotel in Fredericksburg, TX is seeking a Room Attendant to keep guest rooms consistently clean, sanitized, and ready for arrival. This onsite role supports an attentive guest experience by handling room upkeep, restocking essentials, and responding promptly to guest feedback while coordinating any maintenance needs through the appropriate channels.

What you will do

• Clean assigned guest rooms thoroughly using the property Standard Operating Procedures, and complete in-room checklists for each room
• Replenish amenities as needed, including towels, in-room water, and bathroom supplies
• Sanitize all high-touch surfaces in guest rooms on a daily basis
• Identify rooms requiring maintenance and notify your supervisor so the room can be placed out of order when necessary
• Report and correct any deficiencies found in guest rooms to the appropriate individuals
• Support the timely completion of scheduled room projects, including mattress rotation, window washing, and deep cleanings
• Greet guests nearby and provide a genuine welcome while maintaining a professional presence
• Maintain knowledge of guest services and amenities to support guest needs
• Keep the work area clean, sanitized, and aligned with safety expectations
• Respond immediately to guest comments and concerns, and when needed, inform your immediate supervisor and apply corrective measures

What you bring

• Previous guest service and/or housekeeping experience preferred
• Ability to interpret standard operating procedures along with safety and sanitation instructions

Compensation and benefits
