Requirements

Positive attitude
One to three years of esthetics experience strongly desirable
Fluency in English, both verbal and non-verbal
Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and co-workers
Professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance
Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in job functions
Ability to prioritize and organize
Follow directions thoroughly
Clear communication
Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
Calm, clear thinking and good judgment to resolve problems
Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data
Physical stamina and a positive mental attitude in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication with guests, management, and co-workers
Current Type 6 Esthetics State License

Physical Demands

Must be able to stand for a minimum of 6 hours per day
Must be able to push, pull, tug, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs during treatment preparation and training

Work Environment

Fast-paced setting where guest satisfaction is a primary objective
Ability to work in an environment where guests may be scantily clad or disrobing for services

Compensation

$6.75 per hour plus tips

This onsite role in Chatham, MA centers on delivering accurate information about rates, room types, and availability, while partnering with the Reservations Manager to ensure a seamless and welcoming guest experience from inquiry through arrival.

Responsibilities

Answer telephone inquiries and greet potential guests in a friendly, professional manner
Provide accurate property information on room rates, room types, and availability
Maintain strong organizational and computer skills to support daily operations
Assist the Reservations Manager as needed

Be knowledgeable about room packages, resort promotions, and events occurring during the stay

Requirements

Reservations experience, hotel or resort preferred
