Reservations Agent

At Chatham Bars Inn, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, the Reservations Agent helps guests plan memorable stays from the moment they reach out. This onsite role in Chatham, MA centers on delivering accurate information about rates, room types, and availability, while partnering with the Reservations Manager to ensure a seamless and welcoming guest experience from inquiry through arrival.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone inquiries and greet potential guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide accurate property information on room rates, room types, and availability
• Maintain strong organizational and computer skills to support daily operations
• Assist the Reservations Manager as needed
• Foster positive guest interactions that enhance anticipation for the upcoming visit
• Be knowledgeable about room packages, resort promotions, and events occurring during the stay

Requirements

• Reservations experience, hotel or resort preferred
• Experience in sales preferred
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Excellent computer skills
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to sit for long periods
• Flexibility with weekly schedules, including weekends and holidays

Compensation

USD 20.00 per hour
