Join Chatham Bars Inn, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, as a Seasonal Cabana Esthetician in Chatham, MA. This onsite, part-time spa role centers on guest wellness and beauty, offering hands-on training in the spa's facial treatment offerings and the opportunity to earn tips while delivering attentive guest care.

Responsibilities

• Effectively provide wellness and beauty solutions to meet guest needs.
• Be willing to train in the spa's facial treatment offerings.
• Build product and service knowledge to deliver wellness and beauty solutions that meet guest expectations.

Requirements

• Positive attitude
• One to three years of esthetics experience strongly desirable
• Fluency in English, both verbal and non-verbal
• Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and co-workers
• Professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance
• Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in job functions
• Ability to prioritize and organize
• Follow directions thoroughly
• Clear communication
• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
• Calm, clear thinking and good judgment to resolve problems
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data
• Physical stamina and a positive mental attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication with guests, management, and co-workers
• Current Type 6 Esthetics State License

Physical Demands

• Must be able to stand for a minimum of 6 hours per day
• Must be able to push, pull, tug, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs during treatment preparation and training

Work Environment

• Fast-paced setting where guest satisfaction is a primary objective
• Ability to work in an environment where guests may be scantily clad or disrobing for services

Compensation

$6.75 per hour plus tips
