Job Description

Merlin Hotel Group in Dickinson, ND is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to support a clean, welcoming guest experience through consistent room and area upkeep.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas in line with established standards
Change linens and make beds
Vacuum carpets; sweep and mop floors
Dust furniture and fixtures
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Replenish supplies including toiletries and towels
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
Follow housekeeping procedures and guidelines
Complete additional cleaning duties as assigned

Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial work, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and industrial cleaning equipment
Familiarity with floor care tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and polishing
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks on schedule
Physical stamina for repetitive tasks and lifting or moving heavy objects when necessary
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
