Housekeepers

Merlin Hotel Group in Dickinson, ND is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to support a clean, welcoming guest experience through consistent room and area upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas in line with established standards
• Change linens and make beds
• Vacuum carpets; sweep and mop floors
• Dust furniture and fixtures
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Replenish supplies including toiletries and towels
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
• Follow housekeeping procedures and guidelines
• Complete additional cleaning duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial work, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and industrial cleaning equipment
• Familiarity with floor care tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and polishing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks on schedule
• Physical stamina for repetitive tasks and lifting or moving heavy objects when necessary
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
