Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa is set high in the San Bernardino Mountains, offering guests a quiet escape with a full Spa & Wellness Center and year-round outdoor activities. Pyramid Hotel Group is currently hiring a part-time Spa Attendant to help keep the Locker Room area clean, organized, and ready for guest use.
In this onsite role, you’ll focus on maintaining cleanliness standards, restocking guest amenities and linens, and routinely checking spa areas so guests can enjoy a comfortable experience from the moment they arrive.
What you will do
- Greet and engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well in a friendly, helpful manner
- Assist the team in achieving resort and hotel cleanliness goals through reliable, consistent execution
- Walk through the spa regularly to collect trash and soiled linen
- Pick up clean linen and refill locker rooms as needed
- Keep all amenities well stocked and available for guest use
- Clean public areas according to department standard operating procedures
- Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to ensure the necessary supplies are available
- Respond promptly and courteously to guests and other team members

Role overview
This position supports the cleanliness and organization of the Locker Room area through careful preparation and ongoing upkeep. By maintaining spa readiness and restocking guest amenities, you help create a comfortable, memorable experience for guests during their stay.
