Laundry Attendant

At Pyramid Hotel Group, this part time Laundry Attendant position on site in Lake Arrowhead, CA supports the Housekeeping team at Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa by preparing and maintaining guest linens and completing essential laundry and cleanliness tasks. The role also includes hands-on collaboration with the wider housekeeping and maintenance teams, with day-to-day attention to guest service and a well-run laundry operation.

In this role, you will help ensure the resort stays clean, organized, and ready for guests, with consistent upkeep of laundry spaces and supporting sanitation duties across the property.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in a friendly, helpful manner to support a positive stay
• Work as part of a team focused on achieving resort and hotel cleanliness standards
• Complete laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding linens for all SPI guest rooms, plus restaurant and catering linens
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area and keep common areas of the property tidy
• Perform daily cleaning of housekeeping and maintenance staff restrooms
• Use equipment and chemicals properly and follow appropriate safety procedures
• Assist houseman and housekeepers as necessary
• Help maintain a safe work environment
• Respond promptly in a friendly, helpful manner to other team members

Requirements

• Housekeeping experience is desirable
• Neat, pleasant personality
• Time management skills
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to move, traverse, and position yourself to reach corners on floors and high places
• Ability to observe conditions and detect odors
• Ability to position and navigate carts weighing up to 100 lbs in tight spaces
• Ability to operate equipment including spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dust pans, scrub pads, and dusters
• Ability to lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs

Compensation

$17.00 per hour
