Job Description

Join Pyramid Hotel Group at the DoubleTree Manchester Downtown, onsite in Manchester, NH. This second shift security role is available for both full- and part-time team members, offering a competitive pay rate of $20.50 per hour. You will help keep guests safe, assist with luggage and shuttle operations, and support hotel security operations. Compensation

$20.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Regularly patrols and inspects assigned areas, including all public spaces, meeting rooms, entrances, back of the house areas, the office tower, garage, and surrounding buildings, using the Tour Pro system
Checks for unauthorized persons or vehicles and takes appropriate action
Secures doors and removes objects that pose fire or safety hazards
Writes detailed reports of duties performed during the shift; investigates incidents of theft, injury, property damage, or any security-related infraction; submits a detailed incident report at the end of the shift and enters it into the MS shift database
Follows department procedures and completes all required forms per shift
Assists guests with luggage and valet parking when needed
Drives the hotel shuttle safely, in accordance with state laws and hotel procedures, and observes airport rules pertaining to shuttle vehicles
Assists guests with baggage during boarding and offloading; notifies the MOD when departing and returning to the building
Works cooperatively with management, staff, and guests; responds promptly and politely to guest needs; adapts to daily activity levels
Provides snow removal assistance at entrances, exits, and walkways
Assists front desk personnel when required
Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

Previous security experience required
Clean driving record required
