Bartender

Part-time onsite bartender role in Huntington Beach, CA with responsibility for daily bar readiness, fresh garnish prep, and end-of-shift security and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper daily setup of the bar, including requisitioning and stocking beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, and produce based on projections from the daily functions sheet.
• Keep bar inventory current by cutting, preparing, and storing fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to support product quality.
• Secure and close out at end of shift by locking up and storing beverage, food, and other equipment items, managing cash drops, and securing the bank.

Requirements

• Bartending experience required.
• Guest service experience required.
