Job Description

EVEN Hotel Waco is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out, handle reservations and room assignments, answer inquiries, and deliver seamless service onsite in Waco, TX for a pay rate of USD 14 - 16 per hour.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure guest accommodations are ready
Address guest concerns and field complaints as needed
Greet guests, check them in and out, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information
Answer calls and in-person or online inquiries about room bookings, rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests
Maintain accurate records of all guest accounts for the property’s bookkeeping

Requirements

Comfortable handling telephone calls and managing stressful situations
Strong time management, organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
1+ year of hotel industry experience or related role is preferred
Available to work weekends as needed
