Hotel Night Auditor

Bridge Hotel Partners LLC is seeking a detail-focused Hotel Night Auditor to join the team in Waco, TX on an onsite basis. This overnight role supports smooth nightly operations by reconciling financial activity, preparing reporting for leadership, and stepping into front desk clerk duties when needed to keep the guest experience on track.

Working with a team built from industry veterans and emerging leaders, you will help maintain accurate accounts and consistent service during the overnight shift. The schedule offers flexible hours, with a focus on strong communication, customer care, and computer proficiency.

What you’ll do

• Support an exceptional guest experience by ensuring every guest feels properly cared for throughout the night
• Reconcile credit card transactions and financial records, including occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity following a thorough audit process
• Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the general manager, department heads, and hotel management
• Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested
• Perform front desk clerk duties as required, including processing reservations and check-ins
• Delegate and coordinate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve guest complaints as needed

What you bring

• Overnight shift availability with flexible hours
• Great communication and strong customer service skills
• Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor, or prior hospitality experience is preferred but not required
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college is desired
• Computer proficiency is required; accounting or reservation software experience is a bonus

Compensation

• $14 - $15 per hour
