Banquet Houseman

The Banquet Houseman role at AC Hotel Waco supports event execution by preparing, maintaining, and resetting function spaces to meet customer specifications. This part-time position is onsite in Waco, TX and includes end-of-day equipment handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, set up, and break down function rooms efficiently and completely according to customer specifications and event order.
• Ensure all items and banquet space are clean and in working order for events.
• Vacuum and shampoo carpet, dust walls and dividers, and mop the service area when needed.
• Return event equipment to the banquet storage facility at the end of each day.
• Maintain a clean banquet storage facility at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Scheduling flexibility to work evenings, overnights, and/or early mornings.
• Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
• High work ethic with self-initiative.
• Ability to work in high pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Location requirement: Waco, TX 76701.
• Relocation requirement: Waco, TX 76701, relocate before starting work.

Pay and Employment Details

• Pay: USD 15 - 18 per hour (listed as $15.00 - $18.00 per hour).
