Bellman/Driver

Join Cambria Hotel DFW Airport Euless in an onsite role where guest service, safe transportation, and day-to-day front-of-house support come together. You’ll help create smooth arrivals and departures by coordinating pickup and drop-off runs, assisting with luggage, and supporting the front desk with attentive, efficient service.

What you’ll do

• Provide a friendly, service-oriented experience for guests and employees in every interaction.
• Greet guests pleasantly and support front desk operations as needed.
• Load and unload luggage carts and load and unload the van with luggage.
• Escort guests to rooms upon request.
• Check and store luggage for arrivals and departures using luggage tags.
• Open and close cab doors for arriving and departing guests.
• Coordinate multiple pick-ups and drop-offs and drive the van according to scheduled runs.
• Deliver messages to meeting rooms and provide information, maps, and directions as required.
• Maintain current listings of local and area attractions, special events, and activities.
• Keep an updated list of local transportation guides, churches, sport arenas, and similar resources.
• Ensure the lobby reader board is correct.
• Deliver flowers, packages, and messages to guest rooms.
• Complete room changes as directed.
• Support a clean, welcoming arrival area by maintaining cleanliness of the motor entrance, front door, and lobby.
• Maintain cleanliness of the van interior and exterior.
• Maintain compliance with Mid-Continent Hospitality standards and all company policies and procedures.
• Perform related duties assigned by your supervisor.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent, and/or experience in a hotel or related field.
• A valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
• Minimum one year driving experience.
• Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record).
• Ability to perform heavy work, including exerting up to 100 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 20 pounds constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.
• Ability to stand during the entire shift.
• Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
• Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
