Facilities Maintenance

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Facilities Maintenance team member for an onsite role in Carmel, IN. This position supports the comfort and reliability of resort and hotel operations through hands-on installation, maintenance, and repair work across a range of building systems and guest-facing spaces. Responsibilities

In this Maintenance Engineer role, you will help keep hotel equipment and facilities operating smoothly by performing general upkeep across multiple trades. You will also partner with other team members as work needs arise and complete required documentation.

• Perform general maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for the building and facility.
• Complete general electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring, and air conditioning components including switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Make repairs on plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, and sanitary systems.
• Handle repairs to woodwork, wall vinyl, doors and window elements, and carpeting and related surfaces.
• Conduct general mechanical maintenance on items such as pumps, compressors, water heaters, automotive equipment, and other miscellaneous equipment.
• Keep records required by company policy, maintain logs for completed tasks, and submit reports requested by supervisors in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Experience working in a maintenance role at a hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of “household” repairs, including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
• An engaging and welcoming personality with a guest-focused mindset.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability for various shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, and bend, plus push/pull throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour.
