Guest Room Attendant

Landmark Hotel Group is hiring a Full-time Room Attendant for Staybridge Suites Chesapeake in Chesapeake, VA. This onsite role supports comfortable stays by keeping guest rooms clean, well-stocked, and ready for each arrival. You will work as part of a friendly, supportive team, with opportunities to learn new skills that can help you in the future.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain guest rooms so they stay clean and inviting, helping ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow the room cleaning plan and build familiarity with the process.
• Confirm rooms have essentials such as towels and toiletries, so guests have what they need.
• Use a cart stocked with cleaning supplies to move between rooms and keep supplies organized.
• Occasionally be asked to support other tasks that help keep the dining area running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• No prior experience required. If you are willing to learn, Landmark Hotel Group is ready to teach you.
• Teamwork matters in this role. You’ll be part of a team and expected to work alongside others.
• Flexibility is important. Support may be needed on weekends and holidays.
