GUEST ROOM ATTENDANT

Join Ameristar Casino Hotel Council Bluffs in Council Bluffs, IA (onsite) as a Guest Room Attendant, supporting smooth stays by keeping rooms and hotel areas fresh, clean, and well maintained. What you’ll do

You’ll play an essential part in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for guests and team members. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Clean hotel rooms, hallways, linen rooms, and employee and storage areas in the hotel, as directed
• Maintain and clean all equipment
• Report all safety hazards and maintenance deficiencies so they can be handled properly
• Assist guests with issues to support satisfaction while working within established guidelines and policies
• Assist the house person with department projects, as needed

What we’re looking for

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
• Six months of previous cleaning experience preferred
