Guest Services Agent
Job Description
The Guest Services Agent delivers responsive, courteous support across the Guest stay, handling Front Office duties such as check-in, check-out, requests, billing, and day-to-day coordination with other departments. This onsite role in Iselin, NJ supports a consistent Guest experience while aligning with hotel, brand, company, and union standards.
Role Overview
As the Guest Services Agent, you will serve as a primary point of contact for arriving, staying, and departing Guests. You will ensure procedures are completed accurately, questions and concerns are addressed promptly, and Front Office records are maintained with care. You will also communicate Guest needs to the appropriate hotel departments to support smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome Guests and provide professional, friendly service throughout the stay.
- Complete check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Answer Guest questions and address requests or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process payments, room charges, and Guest accounts in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Keep Guest information and Front Office records accurate and up to date.
- Relay Guest needs and requests to the appropriate hotel departments for follow-up.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, dining options, and local attractions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional Front Desk and lobby area.
- Follow hotel, brand, company, safety, security, and applicable union procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of Guest information and hotel records.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous hotel or Guest Services experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and cash-handling ability.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

- Pay: USD 20 per hour (20 - 20)
