Job Description
Lead the guest experience for luxury stays by shaping bespoke itineraries, coordinating VIP access, and guiding a concierge team at an onsite Nashville property.
- Personalized luxury service through bespoke itineraries and VIP coordination
- Anticipate guest needs and manage last-minute or complex requests with discretion
- Relationship building with VIP and returning guests to support repeat stays
- Leverage local connections across Nashville cultural, culinary, and entertainment scenes
- Source hard-to-access experiences and provide insider recommendations
- Stay current on local trends to continuously elevate guest offerings
- Lead and mentor the concierge team to maintain consistent 5-Star service
- Cross-department collaboration to coordinate seamless guest experiences
- Operational continuity by maintaining comprehensive guest profiles and service records
- Represent hotel heritage and Southern hospitality in every interaction
- Curate culturally rich, brand-aligned experiences for guests
- Share expertise on trends, service innovation, and partnership opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in concierge, guest relations, or luxury hospitality leadership, ideally at a Forbes 5-Star property or equivalent
- English fluency (spoken and written)
- Additional languages preferred: Spanish, French, Arabic, or Mandarin
- PMS/CRM proficiency and experience with digital concierge platforms such as Opera, Alice, SevenRooms, or similar
- Knowledge of local and regional offerings: culture, culinary, entertainment, and bespoke service providers
- Schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, peak occupancy, and high-profile events
- 21 years or older and able to pass background screening
- Confidentiality for guest interactions and VIP arrangements
- Triple-confirm service details from transport to amenities for flawless delivery

- Availability: Weekends and holidays
- Shifts: Morning/Day/Night
- Shift length: 8(+) hours
- Full-time range: Up to 40(+) hours per week

Compensation
- Starting salary: Based upon experience
- Pay frequency: Paid biweekly
