Hotel Night Auditor

Hotel and Guest Services offers a full-time overnight opportunity in Seattle, WA (onsite), with dependable scheduling needs and a team-focused environment that supports smooth operations across departments. You will also be eligible for dental, health, and vision insurance, plus free parking. The starting pay range is $23.00 to $25.75 per hour.

This role combines guest-facing front desk duties with the essential tasks of a nightly accounting close, along with security presence and clear reporting for the day ahead. If you prefer working independently and you are comfortable with Windows and common office tools, this overnight position can be a strong fit.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests during the overnight shift with warmth and efficiency, handling check-ins and reservations.
• Perform the Night Audit, balancing the books, finalizing transactions, and ensuring accuracy in nightly records.
• Support property safety by completing regular security walks.
• Complete daily reporting, including daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to keep management informed.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth operations and strong service standards.
• Use technology to support tasks, including Windows and spreadsheet and document work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be able to work in a drug-free environment and pass a drug test.
• Must pass a nationwide background check.
• Flexible availability is required, including weekends and holidays, and you must be able to work variable overnight shifts as assigned.
• Full Time: 40 hours.
• Schedule may vary based on business needs, occupancy levels, and operational requirements.
• Work location: in person.
• Preferred: drivers license; Night Shift; Overnight Shift.
