Housekeeper

Timberlake Lodge Hotel and Event Center is hiring a part-time Housekeeper onsite in Grand Rapids, MN to keep guest areas clean, supported, and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all areas to the required cleanliness standard within set time limits
• Provide excellent customer service while working throughout the property
• Create daily job lists and record all rooms that have been serviced
• Maintain cleaning and related equipment in good working condition
• Report any shortages, damages, or security issues as they are identified
• Handle reasonable guest complaints and requests and notify other team members when needed
• Launder, wash, and fold linens to support room readiness
• Check and restock consumables by reviewing stocking levels
• Comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and applicable licensing laws

Requirements

• Proven working experience in a relevant housekeeping or similar role
• Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
• Customer service orientation with a helpful, guest-focused approach
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Professional attitude with speed and attention to detail
• Knowledge of the English language
