Laundry Attendant

At the Hutton Hotel in Nashville, TN (onsite), the Laundry Attendant plays an essential role in keeping guest and operational linens in ready condition. This position focuses on processing hotel laundry efficiently and accurately, while following the proper procedures for equipment use and linen handling.

Working as part of the hotel team, you will help maintain a consistent supply of clean linens, support day-to-day laundry workflow, and ensure damaged items are handled according to hotel standards. The work includes both machine operation and hands-on handling of linens throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Process hotel laundry to support daily hotel needs.
• Maintain an adequate number of linen turns to meet the hotel’s requirements.
• Operate washing and drying machines in accordance with proper procedures.
• Fold, stack, and store linen in compliance with hotel standards.
• Process damaged linen for discard according to hotel standards.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Previous hotel laundry or housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Ability to pull and push heavy loads.
• Ability to work in a high heat environment.
