Night Auditor
Job Description
Join an overnight team in Redondo Beach, where accuracy, guest service, and reporting come together during the night shift.
Responsibilities
- Balance the books, reconcile accounts, and prepare detailed reports for smooth next-day operations
- Welcome and assist guests arriving late or departing early as a friendly, on-site point of contact
- Handle issues overnight by solving problems, closing out the day, and maintaining service standards
- Support guest-focused service through accurate overnight processing and clear communication
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with computers, PMS, and POS systems
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively
- Overnight schedule on Sunday & Monday
- Physical capability to exert effort when transporting luggage (up to 50 pounds)
- Ability to endure various physical movements throughout work areas
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for 8 hours during the work shift
- Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers so they understand
