Players Club Representative
Job Description
At Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel, this onsite role supports guest experiences through Players Club service and accurate player tracking. You will handle guest inquiries, maintain member data, and issue Players Club cards, while also providing assistance to Express Bus passengers as needed.
Working as a Players Club Representative in Snoqualmie, WA, you will use the Player Tracking System to help guests redeem points for cash and merchandise, share program benefits, and keep promotions and club information clearly communicated. The position is full-time, non-exempt, with a late swing schedule and weekend availability required.
Pay and schedule
- Starting pay range: $21.91/hr to $23.00/hr, depending on experience
- Minimum pay: $21.91/hr minimum (dependent on experience)
- Performance-based increases: opportunities for annual increases
- Shift: late swing; weekends required
Responsibilities
- Use the Player Tracking System to redeem Club points for cash and merchandise
- Provide complete Players Club guest service with a positive, pleasant attitude toward casino players
- Encourage guests to join the Players Club and explain program benefits
- Inform guests of promotions, special events, and club programs
- Print player tracking cards and inform guests of rules and regulations
- Enter and update player data in the computer for Players Club members
- Load the bus at pickup locations using the reservation manifest
- Collect bus fare from passengers and follow all policies and procedures for handling bus fare
- Communicate any minimum play requirements as directed
- Assist and interact with passengers while en route to the casino
- Help ensure passenger safety during bus loading and unloading
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma / GED (recognized equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD))
- Customer service experience
- Assessment requirements: successfully complete Word, Email, and Excel proficiency tests
- Proven professional and polite personality
- Proven customer relations skills
- Accurate keyboarding skills
