Room Attendant

This Room Attendant position at The Edgewater Hotel in Madison, WI (onsite) involves preparing guest rooms for arrival and attending to rooms throughout guests’ stays, delivering high quality service in a luxury hotel. The compensation is USD 17 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Prepare guest rooms meticulously for arrival.
• Attend to guest rooms throughout the stay, ensuring cleanliness and comfort.
• Maintain an energetic, professional, and welcoming demeanor at all times.
• Meet guests across the hotel to provide assistance as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services; hospitality experience is a plus.
• Physical ability to perform all duties efficiently.
• Ability to read room charts and understand the room numbers and room types used at The Edgewater.
• A caring, positive attitude with a genuine interest in ensuring memorable guest experiences.
• Team-oriented mindset with a detail-focused approach.
• Excellent customer service skills and comfort working in a collaborative environment.
