Shuttle Driver

Hotel Earl is hiring a dependable Shuttle Driver for the upcoming seasonal period in Charlevoix, Michigan. This onsite role focuses on safe, timely transportation of guests using the hotel shuttle while maintaining a friendly, service-oriented experience throughout each trip.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the hotel shuttle van safely and efficiently in accordance with all traffic and safety laws
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage as needed
• Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests during each shuttle ride
• Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the shuttle vehicle
• Communicate effectively with hotel staff to support timely transportation services

Schedule

• Thursday to Saturday, 3:00pm to 10:30pm
• June through September
• Other shifts may be available throughout the week

Requirements

• Valid Michigan chauffer’s license with a clean driving record
• Those with DUI’s cannot be accepted
• Hotel can provide assistance if needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of local area roads and attractions

Role Overview and Vehicle Information

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely transporting guests to and from designated locations during the seasonal period at Hotel Earl, while providing excellent customer service along the way. The operation uses a 15 passenger Ford Transit.
