In this onsite role at Seminole Brighton Bay Hotel & Casino in Okeechobee, FL, you will work under the direction of the Manager of Cash Operations to safeguard company assets through disciplined cage accounting. You will be responsible for managing the assigned bank, enforcing internal controls, and supporting daily reconciliation activities while meeting Federal Title 31 procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Balance and issue banks to team members.
- Apply accurate transaction handling and balancing practices.
- Participate in the daily cage reconciliation process.
- Prepare paperwork, balance sheets, and related documents in accordance with the company’s Standards and Procedures (S&P’s) and within the guidelines of Internal Controls, including signing documents legibly and in line with S&P’s.
- Adhere strictly to department policies and procedures to maintain the integrity of the cage operation.
- Comply with Federal Title 31 procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Work Environment
- Regularly required to use hands; reach with hands and arms; frequently lift up to 50 pounds; talk and hear.
- Also required are frequent standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, climbing steps, and sitting.
- Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision.
- May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors such as secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and exposure to the general public.
- The casino environment is hectic, fast-paced, often crowded, and noisy.
