Cage Main Bank/Dual Supervisor
Job Description
The Cage Main Bank/Dual Supervisor role at Rain Rock Casino Resort Hotel is responsible for protecting Main Bank accountability, overseeing Cage Cashiers during scheduled shifts, and supporting key cage cash-handling and Title 31 recordkeeping functions. This onsite position in Yreka, CA also provides coverage for cage operations in the absence of the Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Safeguard Rain Rock Casino assets and maintain Main Bank Accountability.
- Perform all soft count buys.
- Fill and balance kiosks.
- Determine the daily deposit amounts and prepare daily deposits.
- Monitor and assist Cage Cashiers as needed.
- Process jackpots for Slot Department Leads and Attendants.
- Supply chips to Table Games by processing fill orders.
- Issue restaurant banks to F&B and cash wallets to Slot Attendants.
- Replenish currency for Cashiers by processing exchanges.
- Count and record blind drop figures for retail outlets, F&B, and the Hotel.
- Assume responsibility for entire Cage operations when the Supervisor is absent.
- Maintain professional communication between the Cage and other departments.
- Maintain Title 31 recordkeeping requirements.
- Provide guests with information and explain Players Club benefits, property amenities, and marketing programs.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Remain polite and follow a priority system when accepting other position-related job duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Supervises all Cashiers during a shift.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School diploma or GED (required).
- Minimum of three (3) months experience in a casino Cage Cashier role.
- Six (6) to twelve (12) months money-handling experience (required).
- Successful completion of required training for advancement.
- Computer experience.
- Good customer service skills and good public relations skills, including professional appearance and demeanor.
- Reasonable ability to communicate in English.
- Highly self-motivated and directed with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail, with proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license and be insurable by the RRC’s insurance carrier.
- Willingness to travel and participate in training as recommended or required.
- Must have a Tribal Gaming License (or ability to obtain and maintain one) as a requirement.

Compensation
USD 17 - 21 per hour (hourly).
