Main Banker, Cage

Oak Grove Racing · Gaming · Hotel is seeking a Cage Main Banker to support daily vault operations with a strong focus on accountability, accuracy, and safety. In this onsite role in Oak Grove, KY, you will work alongside the Cage/Player Services Supervisor to help ensure secure handling of gaming assets while maintaining a professional experience for both Team Members and Guests.

Role Overview

The Cage Main Banker assists the Cage/Player Services Supervisor in the complete operation of the Vault. The position includes accurate control over gaming, maintaining operational bankrolls and NRT cassette inventory, and supporting safety and security processes for Team Members and Guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Cage/Player Services Supervisor with the complete operation of the Vault, maintaining responsibility and accountability for vault activities.
• Maintain accurate control over gaming.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintain adequate operational bankrolls.
• Maintain adequate NRT cassette inventory.
• Support safety and security for Team Members and Guests by managing processes and procedures to control and reduce lost-time injuries.
• Review vault activities with the Cash Ops Manager and/or Cage/Player Service Supervisors.
• May substitute for a Cage/Player Service Rep as needed, including redemption of Gaming tickets/TITOs and Sports wagering vouchers, Check Cashing/Cash Advance transactions, and placing Sports wagers for guests.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Frequently required to sit or stand; walk; use hands to finger reach, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
• May be required to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
• Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
• Required to circulate throughout assigned areas, including the smoking area, actively observing players and the functioning of machines.
