Sell bingo cards to guests
Count bingo cards and maintain the bank accurately
Perform caller duties, including calling numbers over the microphone, giving instructions, and announcing the amount of money to be won
Reach for bingo balls while using machines and retrieve dropped balls
Verify winning cards and distribute winnings in accordance with company standards and cash handling procedures
Assist customers with learning and playing bingo by providing information and instructions
Travel through customer seating aisles to collect winning cards, balance, and carry bingo boards
Observe players during the game
Complete other duties as assigned by management

Must be at least 21 years of age
Six (6) months of Bingo experience
1 year of customer service experience
Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods during the shift
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to obtain/maintain required licenses and/or certifications
Effective written and verbal communication with Guests, Team Members, and Management
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work well with co-workers and collaborate across departments and management levels
Well-groomed appearance
Ability to maneuver to all areas of the Bingo Room
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
One year of experience preferred
Money handling and documentation skills preferred
Previous experience in a similar resort setting

Physical ability to access all facility areas; move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects
Ability to withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending, kneeling, lifting, and carrying items weighing at least 50 lbs without restriction
Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure
Ability to work indoors and outdoors, with exposure to hot/cold surfaces, steam, and wet floors
Capable of working in a fast-paced, busy, and noisy environment
Most tasks performed indoors; occasional events may require outdoor activities
