Assistant Head Housekeeper

Earn $15 to $18 per hour at a Fort Atkinson, WI hotel location with an onsite team dedicated to clean, welcoming spaces. In this role, you will support the Head Housekeeper while helping lead day-to-day housekeeping operations through strong organization, consistent standards, and hands-on assistance.

What you will do

• Lead by example by supporting the team and jumping in when additional help is needed.
• Break out the house daily and assign rooms for cleaning.
• Complete room inspections to help ensure consistent cleanliness across the property.
• Assist with regular deep cleaning projects as scheduled.
• Help with training for new and current staff.
• Maintain key control for all housekeeping keys.
• Support compliance by ensuring all safety standards are met.
• Assist with accurate lost and found log/storage processes.
• Ensure proper use of chemicals and supplies in line with OSHA standards.

Who you will work with

This position reports to the Head Housekeeper.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 40 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to inspect all guest rooms and public areas of the hotel.
• Ability to help out in an emergency situation.
