Bartender

What you’ll do

• Prepare and serve a range of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, meeting quality and presentation standards.
• Provide friendly, professional guest interaction to enhance the overall experience and support repeat visits.
• Use POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and compliant with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Contribute to beverage development by developing new drink recipes and suggesting drink pairings that elevate the guest experience.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with ordering to support efficient operations.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems, handling cash with strong attention to detail.

What you bring

• Proven bartending experience with knowledge of cocktail mixing, wine service, craft beer, spirits, and beverage recipe development.
• Familiarity with Toast POS for order entry and cash handling.
• Strong time management to manage multiple orders during busy periods.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Previous food service or restaurant experience, ideally in fine dining or hospitality settings.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math understanding for inventory management.
• Mixology, beverage presentation, and wine knowledge are highly preferred.
• Nice-to-have: banquet or catering experience, brewing or brewing industry knowledge, bar management capabilities, and familiarity with retail math.

Compensation and schedule

Pay: $5.00 - $6.00 per hour. Schedule flexibility is available, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role is in person onsite at the property.
